Facility for processing metal profiles - Šimanovci

The modern production and business complex for the processing of metal profiles was designed in accordance with the highest standards of industrial construction, with a focus on functionality, efficiency and long-term sustainability. The building is located on cadastral plot 1750/10 in Šimanovci, on an area of ​​21,195 m², with direct access to the public road.

The project envisages the construction of a free-standing building with P+2 floors, with a total gross area of ​​11,768 m², with additional auxiliary buildings. The organization of the space enables an optimal flow of production - from receiving raw materials, through processing, to storage and distribution of finished products.

The facility is clearly divided into two basic functional units:

The ground floor houses production capacities, logistics and supporting facilities for employees, while the upper floors are organized with office spaces, rest rooms and administration.

This type of organization enables maximum operational efficiency and clear separation of industrial and administrative flows.

Technical and spatial characteristics

The total net area of ​​the building is 11,450 m², while the occupancy of the plot is projected at about 50%, which achieves an optimal balance between built-up and free space.

Special attention was paid to the exterior decoration - more than 30% of the plot consists of green and open areas, which contributes to the quality of the working environment and the environmental standard of the project.

The traffic solution includes 58 parking spaces, including spaces for trucks and people with disabilities, which ensures the complete functionality of the complex.

Construction and materials

The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton system with prefabricated elements, which enables high stability, long service life and flexibility in exploitation.

The facade envelope consists of thermal insulation panels with mineral wool, highly resistant to fire and external influences, while the roof is made flat with a PVC waterproofing membrane.

The interior spaces are adapted to the purpose - from high-resistance industrial floors in the production halls to modern finishes in the office area.

Production technology

The production process includes modern methods of metal processing, including:

mechanical processing (cutting, drilling, milling, turning)
precise finishing processes (grinding, threading)
advanced technologies such as laser processing and plasma cutting

The process is organized as a continuous production line that enables a high level of precision, quality control and optimal utilization of resources.

Special emphasis is placed on ecological standards - modern, safe fluids without harmful emissions are used, while waste is systematically collected and disposed of in accordance with regulations.

Security and installations

The building was designed in accordance with the current fire protection regulations, with the use of non-combustible materials and the organization of fire communications around the building.
